Ubuntu, Themes & The Nokia 6300

A quick Google search shows many sites that offer themes for the Nokia 6300. However if you prefer to make your own theme, and home made themes are the best IMO, then you should download the Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio v2.2

Unfortunately it only works in Windows, I did manage to install it without any problems under Ubuntu using Wine, however certain crucial functions did not work, such as the 'Open' or 'Save' menus (nothing happened when I clicked on them) which rendered the application useless.

When you launch the Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio v2.2 you will see a 14 day trial notice, once the 14 days are over you can request a free serial key from Nokia, just follow the instructions on the browser window that pops up. Now the screenshot above is of a theme I whipped up, I called it UbuntuFlavoured.
