(UN)RELAKKS(ED)
Several months ago, I discovered Relakks, a Swedish VPN service, which I posted about and began to use. One and a half months ago, I noticed that I was no longer able to access the payment page in order to renew my account (I renew my account on a monthly basis).
Upon searching the internet, I realized I was not the only one experiencing this problem, all Relakks users trying to access the payment page are greeted with this message:
Our payment methods are being looked over, it is therefore impossible to pay for the service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
It would also appear, that many inquiries by Relakks customers have so far gone unanswered, including my own.
I do know that Relakks customers who paid for one year in advance are still able to use the service even though they too cannot access the payment page. So it would appear that Relakks is currently not accepting new purchases of account activation or renewal.
The Relakks website however offers absolutely no information concerning this profound disturbance in the service.
Currently all we have to go by are rumours that the service may go belly up soon.
