In other news…

I am still alive and this blog is still being maintained.

About a month and a half ago I started a new job as graphic designer and web developer for the biggest law firm in Austria. So far I am very happy, a great team and a creative environment.

I upgraded my iPhone3G to iOS 4 and immediately regretted it. The phone was sluggish and all the great features were locked anyway. So I downgraded back to 3.2.2 and am happy again. I would be able to get the iPhone 4 for about €149 from T-Mobile but there is no way I am going near that phone until Apple gets its act together. Altenatively I would love to get an Android based phone but am worried about not having certain apps that I use on a daily basis such as: Logmein, Twitterific, IM+, Dropbox, Evernote, VNC, Navigon and Amazon.de.

Been a while…

As you may have noticed, the past weeks have been rather quiet here at CC. The month of May has been one of the busiest for me in a long time, with projects, exams and a move to a new apartment all taking place at the same time.

I am happy to say that the stress is over and I am able to devote my free time to my hobbies, such as blogging about my recent tech experiences and sharing interesting info.

To celebrate the comeback, I have wrapped CC in a rather nice theme that I downloaded from the WordPress Theme gallery, called Arclite.

CogCom is still alive

I have been crazy busy for the past several weeks, with work, exams and projects. Finally things are starting to let up and I will hopefully have more time to post.

CogCom will be receiving a completely new theme, I will post some preview photos to get feedback first.

I intend to get myself a sata/ide to usb cable this weekend to have a look at the innards of the LaCie NetworkSpace as other users have done.

So, this was just a short sign of life from me
