Google has just released the BETA version of its open source browser called Chrome. Currently it is only available for Windows, but Mac and Linux versions are being developed too.

I had the chance to test the browser today and I must say I am impressed. It feels light and minimalistic, its speed was a little slower than Firefox3 IMO.

As if we didn't have enough browsers to choose from, but I must say I was impressed, especially by the minimalism and lightness of the application.
